Tren Ace® Tren En® Function and Traits
Tren (all forms) is a 19-nortestosterone (19-nor) anabolic steroid. Tren belongs to the same class of steroids as Nandrolone, 19-nor, which refers to the testosterone hormone lacking the carbon atom at the 19th position. However, with Tren it’s a bit more complex as Tren is simply a modified form of the Nandrolone hormone. Tren is the Nandrolone hormone possessing a double bond at carbons 9 and 11. These double bonds slow the hormone’s metabolism, inhibit aromatization and tremendously enhance its binding affinity to the androgen receptor. Administration of Tren Ace® Tren En® 
Tren is an injectable anabolic steroid in all three forms. How often it is injected depends on the form used. The form used can also affect the dose; remember, Tren-a carries more active Tren per milligram than the other two forms as it carries the smallest ester.
Tren Ace®: Injected every other day (some will choose daily if running a very high dose). 50-100mg every other day is the most common dosing range with 100mg every other day being a dose that many stick to long term. Higher doses are most commonly used in cutting cycles, especially competitive bodybuilding cycles. 100mg every day or 200mg every other day isn’t all that uncommon. Side Effects of Tren Ace® Tren En®
There are many possible side effects of Tren use, and it is far from the most side effect friendly anabolic steroid. Many of the side effects of Tren are similar to other steroids, but Tren also carries some possible side effects that most steroids do not. This is not because Tren is a strange hormone or something special that should be feared; remember this is merely an altered form of Nandrolone and nothing more. However, genetics is the key factor here and genetics will play a huge role regarding this hormone. The Tren hormone does not aromatize, meaning water retention is impossible as is estrogenic based gyneacomastia. However, gyneacomastia can still occur due to Tren being a progestin in nature. Progesterone can stimulate the mammary tissue and this can promote gyneacomastia in sensitive men. Most men should not have an issue with Tren based gyneacomastia, but those who are extremely sensitive or who already have some form of existing gyneacomastia may have an issue. Anti-estrogens, specifically Aromatase Inhibitors (AI’s) are the best line of defence.

Important Note: The Tren hormone has the ability to increase prolactin levels in the body. For many years it has been said that Tren based gyneacomastia is due to elevated levels of prolactin, but this isn’t correct. It is the progestin nature of Tren that causes gyneacomastia. However, prolactin can still be an issue of concern, it can cause your nipples to ache and completely shut down your erection function if too high. If this is an issue the individual may need a dopamine agonist.

Tren is an extremely androgenic hormone, and as a result well known for promoting androgenic side effects. Hair loss and acne in men who are predisposed are both possible. Body hair growth is also possible. If you are not genetically predisposed no amount of Tren on earth will cause these issues. The androgenic side effects of Tren are truly based on genetic response. When it comes to hair loss, if you are predisposed to male pattern baldness, meaning at some point you’re going to lose your hair regardless of steroid use, Tren is one of the fastest ways to ensure you lose your hair a little sooner.

Virilization is a serious androgenic side effect of Tren. It is very difficult for a woman to use Tren without some level of virilization and makes it a steroid that’s almost never recommended for female use.

Important Note: The 5-alpha reductase enzyme does not metabolize the Trenbolone hormone. This means 5-alpha reductase inhibitors will not affect the androgenicity of the hormone.

The cardiovascular side effects of Tren surround both cholesterol and blood pressure. Tren can increase LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) and decrease HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol). It can also increase blood pressure in some men. The issue of high blood pressure does not appear to affect most men who are otherwise healthy, but it does some. If you already have high blood pressure or cholesterol issues you should avoid this anabolic steroid.

Tren is very suppressive to natural testosterone production and will render any man into a low testosterone condition if he does not supplement with exogenous testosterone. The form of testosterone chosen is irrelevant. The only thing that matters is that testosterone is provided.

Once the use of Tren has ended and all exogenous steroids have cleared the body natural testosterone production will begin again. However, it is recommended that the individual follow a Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) plan post steroid use in order to increase the odds of effective and efficient recovery. Even with PCT it’s not guaranteed that you’ll fully recover your prior natural levels, and this is something all potential steroid users must recognize and accept should they choose to use steroids. It’s also important to note that even after PCT, even if you are going to recover it will still take months post PCT to fully recovery regardless of how good the PCT plan is.

Important Note: Natural recovery assumes no damage was done to the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Testicular-Axis (HPTA) during use and that no prior low testosterone condition existed.

Tren is normally not considered a liver toxic steroid and in most cases it’s not. However, data has shown that it can promote liver stress when very high doses are used. We’re referring to doses that are far above and beyond even what the most hardcore bodybuilder would use. It is possible that there could be rare exceptions but the issue of liver stress overall is very rare.

There are four possible side effects of Tren that are largely based on genetic response and do not appear to be associated with most other steroids in most users. The four side effects in question are night sweats, anxiety, rapid heart rate and insomnia. Insomnia appears to be the most common and common enough that it’s often referred to as “TrenSomnia.” In some cases lowering the dose can control these effects, but for many men who suffer from these effects no dosing adjustment will help. It’s impossible to predict who will and who won’t have an issue with these negative side effects, but if you are one of the unlucky ones you’ll simply want to discontinue use.

Important Note: If you have never used Tren before you should start with Tren-a so that if harsh side effects occur you can stop use and the hormone will clear the body in a few days. If you use one of the other forms it will take 2-3 weeks for the hormone to fully clear and leave the body.
